The SEO strategist your agency doesn't have to hire.
Every client gets a complete white-label SEO Blueprint: keyword research, topic structure, competitor analysis, content priorities and technical findings. Built by me, delivered under your brand, ready in five working days.
Your team works from it, or you present it as your own.
$500 per client, less at volume. Money back if you are not happy with it.
Your client stays your client
My direct work with businesses is capped at two or three at a time, so I have neither the capacity to take your clients nor any interest in it. Agencies are the side of this that scales.
What happens next
-
1
You send me the client's website. Just the address. No access, no credentials, no questionnaire for your client.
-
2
I build the strategy. The site read, the market mapped, up to 40,000 ranked results reviewed, competitors measured against your client, every call made by hand.
-
3
Five working days later, the Blueprint arrives. Client-ready, your brand, no mention of me anywhere in it.
-
4
You present it as your own. Sell it in the proposal, open the retainer with it, or hand it straight to your writers.
What lands in your inbox, per client
How it arrives
- •One main PDF, your brand, no mention of me
- •The full keyword table as a spreadsheet
- •Supporting data files your team can keep
- •A short note on how to use it in the first week
- •All of it in one zip, by email
What it is not
Files, not software. No login for you, none for your client, nothing to learn and nothing that expires. You own the documents.
Order one whenever a client needs one. Nothing to subscribe to, no seats to manage, no minimum, and no platform for your team to be trained on.
Where agencies put it
New-client onboarding
Month one, already assembled.
Website projects
An SEO deliverable to sell alongside the build.
Content production
A prioritized page plan your writers start from.
Proposals
Their specific openings, not a generic scope.
Why agencies order this instead of hiring
Why one person can do this in five days
I am the founder and developer of SitePerfector. It reads the live search results, works out who actually ranks, measures those sites against your client, and shows where the client already has traction. That part is the system, and it is why five days is possible at all.
The rest is me. I sit with every Blueprint: I decide which themes are worth the client's time and which are a distraction, I direct the analysis where the results are ambiguous, I throw out what the data supports but the business does not, and I write the calls. It is real work on every one, not a signature at the bottom of a generated report. That is what you are actually buying.
ranked positions reviewed per Blueprint

missing values stay missing

Send me one client website and get the Blueprint back in five working days
I look at the site the same day and reply with the delivery date. If it is not a fit, I say so and that is the end of it, at no cost. Otherwise I invoice, and the work starts when it is paid.
Want to see a complete one before you commit? Ask and I will send you an anonymized Blueprint, the whole document, with the client details taken out. Judge the depth and the format on that.
Flat fee, no minimum to start, nothing recurring. What you resell it for is yours to decide.
- •Cheaper per client at volume.
- •Money back if you are not happy with it. Read it, and if it is not worth what you paid, I refund you in full.
Straight answers
What does white-label actually mean here?
Your logo, your document, no reference to me or to SitePerfector anywhere in it. Your client has no way of knowing I was involved, and I will never tell them.
Will you contact my client?
No. Not to deliver, not to follow up, not to sell them anything. I do not join client calls either, which suits both of us.
What do you need from us?
The client's website address, and your logo if you want it on the document. That is genuinely all. No access, no credentials, no questionnaire for your client to fill in.
How quickly is it delivered?
Five working days. If a particular client site would take longer, you get the date before you commit rather than after.
What format do we receive, and can our team edit it?
A zip with the main document, the keyword table as a spreadsheet, and the supporting data. Editable, so you can cut it, rebrand it, split it across a retainer or drop it into your own template. There is no login involved and nothing expires.
Can I see a complete one before I order?
Yes. Ask and I will send you a full anonymized Blueprint, the whole document as a client would receive it, with the identifying details taken out. That is a better test than a sample chapter, because what you are really deciding is whether the finished thing is something you would hand over.
What does a full Blueprint cost?
$500 per client, or $400 per client from four a month. Flat fee, no minimum to start, nothing recurring. That sits below what I charge a business directly, because you are the one carrying the brand and the client relationship.
Do you also write the content?
No, and I am not planning to. Prose at agency volume turns this into a content mill and I would rather stay the research supplier you can rely on. Your writers get the page, the angle, the keywords and what the current top results are missing.
Do you do link building?
No. Content strategy and on-site technical work is the whole scope. Keep whoever you use for links.
What if it is not useful?
You get your money back. Read it, and if it is not worth what you paid, say so and I refund you in full. No argument and no window to miss.
