What is worth doing?
I separate real openings from keywords and tasks that only create busywork.
No generic monthly checklist. I use SitePerfector to map your market, watch your site and competitors, and decide what should happen next. You can have your team execute the plan, or I can handle that too.
A plain-English record of the month, not a dashboard dump.
Which opportunity deserves attention now, and why.
The highest-priority on-site issues handled within scope.
A clear brief or implementation task, grounded in live results.
Rank movement, site health, and relevant competitor changes.
You need somebody to look at the evidence, make the call, and keep the work moving. SitePerfector does the collecting. I stay responsible for the decisions.
I separate real openings from keywords and tasks that only create busywork.
I can keep the foundation on track, implement the priority work, or take the whole SEO operation off your plate.
I keep rankings, competitors, site health, and next priorities connected month to month.
SitePerfector finds the opportunities worth pursuing. I decide what matters next and keep the work moving. Choose whether you want clear direction, hands-on implementation, or SEO taken off your plate.
For a business that needs the foundation fixed, the whole market mapped, and the next move made clear.
Month to month. SitePerfector workspace included.
For a business that wants meaningful hands-on progress every month without a full managed content service.
Month to month. A larger implementation scope.
For a business that wants the strategy, implementation, and content operation kept moving without managing it internally.
Starting price. Your written production scope is agreed first.
Want to operate the system yourself? Use SitePerfector from $39/month.
The full field is visible before the monthly priorities begin.
Larger development work is identified and agreed separately.
You see why it outranks the other possible tasks.
The artifact follows the priority, rather than filling a quota.
Next month's decisions start from this baseline, not from zero.
Rankings take time. That does not mean an SEO retainer should disappear into a monthly invoice. You get a record of the decisions, the work, the movement, and the next responsibility every month.
That does not make the service magical. It makes the research faster, the decisions more inspectable, and the monthly work economically possible at these prices.
The software collects the evidence. I make the calls.
SitePerfector began as the system I wanted for my own websites: one place that could tell me what was worth publishing, what was broken, and whether anything moved afterwards.
I use that same system on your business. I do not outsource the strategy and I do not hide behind an account manager. A small client list is what makes that promise honest.
The service is deliberately specific about responsibility, scope, and what cannot be promised.
Choose Care when the foundation, monitoring, and priorities are the main gap. Choose Growth when you also want meaningful technical, on-page, and existing-content implementation every month. Choose Managed when you want me to own the content operation and follow-through as well.
SEO Care includes initial setup, technical baseline work, and ongoing improvements within its defined monthly scope. SEO Growth adds a substantially larger hands-on work queue. Managed SEO adds content production and broader follow-through. Large development, migrations, redesigns, and complex analytics repairs are always scoped before work begins.
Managed SEO starts at $1,200 per month and the production scope is written down before you agree. Your market and page complexity decide the scope. I do not advertise an arbitrary article quota because that turns the work into a content mill.
Usually months, not weeks, and there is no honest fixed date. I can promise the baseline, decisions, briefs, and agreed work. I cannot promise a Google position, a traffic number, or leads.
No. The service covers content strategy, content execution at the Managed level, and work on your own site. If a valuable topic cannot realistically be entered without off-site authority, I will say so rather than hide it.
No. SitePerfector uses automation and language models where they help, but the inputs come from search data and live results. I review the evidence, make the priorities, and approve anything that ships. AI is machinery, not the promise.
No long contract. The service is month to month. Your account, strategy, briefs, and published work remain yours. If you stop, the ongoing monitoring and my work stop; your assets do not disappear.
I will inspect the site before recommending a plan. If there is a clear opening worth showing, I will point it out. You do not need to choose the right package before you contact me.
