SitePerfector vs Ubersuggest

Ubersuggest puts real search data in front of a solo operator at the lowest price in the category. SitePerfector reads your market and tells you which page to write next.

SitePerfector is not a replacement for the Ubersuggest keyword or backlink database, and at $29 a month it is not competing on price either. It does the step after the numbers: it reads the live search results for your market, clusters them into a topic tree, lays your existing pages over that tree, and names the next page to write. If what you came for is cheap keyword and backlink data, stay with Ubersuggest.

SitePerfector: the topics that earned a place in the map, with the decision for each

Around a hundred topics survive the map, and you can see what was set aside.

Who each one is for

Ubersuggest

SEO data suite

Their pricing page describes the $29 Individual plan as being for solo entrepreneurs and small businesses managing one website, and that is a fair description of who it suits. Someone doing their own SEO gets volume, difficulty, rank tracking and a site crawl without paying suite prices. An SEO training course is included on every tier.

SitePerfector

Topic-first SEO

Site owners and small teams who have a site and a subject but no plan. The open question is which pages are worth building, in what order, and why. SitePerfector answers that, then gives you a blueprint for each page it puts on the list.

How the two approaches differ

Keyword tools hand you data and leave the decision to you. Topic-first SEO hands you a decision, with the reason and the competitors named. The method itself is explained in Topic-first SEO: what it is and why it works. This page only shows the contrast.

Ubersuggest

You start with

You start with keyword ideas, twenty thousand suggestions a month on the entry plan, each with volume, CPC and an SEO Difficulty score. Grouping and judging them is your work.

You publish

You publish whatever you picked out of the export, after opening the top ten results yourself, which is what their own help article tells you to do.

What you get

  • You end up with rows to sort, and the decision about what to publish is still yours to make.
  • SEO Difficulty is built from the authority and backlinks of the sites already ranking.
  • Nothing in the tool lays your existing pages over demand and shows you what you have not covered.
  • Reading the live results for each keyword is left to you, on their own advice.

SitePerfector

You start with

You start with your market, read from live search results and clustered into themes, topics and pages. Up to 1,500 keyword ideas are vetted per map and around a hundred earn a place, and you can see what was set aside and why.

You publish

You publish the page the map puts next, from a blueprint built out of the pages that rank today and the questions they leave unanswered. You write it yourself, edit an AI draft, or hand the brief to a writer.

What you get

  • You get a topic tree: themes, topics and pages, in the order worth building them.
  • Every topic carries a call, own it, build up to it or leave it, with the competing sites named.
  • Your own pages sit on the map, so you can see what is covered, what is missing and what already ranks.
  • Instead of a bought difficulty score, we read the live results page for each topic.

Yes

A step-by-step SEO training course, templates and worksheets are listed on every tier.

Facts about Ubersuggest checked 3 Sep 2026 on their own pages. The sources are listed at the bottom of this page.

Three differences you can check

1.Ubersuggest tells you to review the top ten yourself. SitePerfector reads the results for every topic.

Their help article on SEO Difficulty says the score "is calculated by analyzing the websites currently ranking for the keyword" and their "domain authority, backlink profiles, content quality", then adds that it is "still helpful to manually review the current top 10 results in Google to understand what type of content is ranking" (source). That advice is correct, and it is a job handed back to you once per keyword. In our own measurement, 8 of 400 long-tail keywords came back with a difficulty value. We read the live results for every topic in the map and name the sites you would be beating.

Put one long-tail phrase from your niche into Ubersuggest and read the SEO Difficulty cell, then open the top ten results the way their help article tells you to. Then try harbor freight air compressor, which has 49,500 searches a month and returns a difficulty of 0.

2.Ubersuggest sells the numbers cheaply. SitePerfector sells the decision about what to publish.

The Ubersuggest pitch is the same numbers without the suite price, and that pitch holds up. What it does not change is that twenty thousand keyword suggestions a month is twenty thousand rows you group, judge and rank yourself. SitePerfector reads roughly 40,000 ranked positions per market map and comes back with a call on every topic: own it, build up to it, or leave it, with the competing sites named. If you already pay $29 for Ubersuggest, I would keep it for the lookups and use the map for the plan.

Open the topic coverage map and the competitor landscape. Those two screens produce the call. In Ubersuggest the nearest thing is a keyword export you sort yourself.

Check it yourself

3.SitePerfector has no keyword or backlink database, and it costs more than $29.

SitePerfector is not a replacement for the Ubersuggest keyword or backlink database. We hold none of that data, at any price. If cheap access to volume, difficulty and backlink rows is what you came for, stay where you are, because Ubersuggest does that job at a price nothing else in this comparison set matches. What we sell is the step after the numbers. One thing to read before you buy either tool: their refund policy page states that subscriptions are non-refundable once processed, and that lifetime subscriptions are nonrefundable.

Read the refund policy and the pricing page before you enter a card. Ours is $7 for 14 days, then $39 a month, cancelled whenever you like.

When to choose Ubersuggest, and when to choose SitePerfector

Choose Ubersuggest if

  • You want the cheapest way to see volume, difficulty and rank movement for a single site.
  • You are shopping for cheap backlink or keyword data, which SitePerfector does not have, so stay where you are.
  • You are learning SEO and want a training course bundled with the tool you pay for.
  • You are happy to open the top ten results yourself, keyword by keyword.

Choose SitePerfector if

  • You have a site and a subject, and the open question is which pages to build, in what order, and why.
  • You want every recommendation to name the sites you would be beating, so you can check the call yourself.
  • You looked up the difficulty score for your best long-tail terms and found the cell empty.
  • You would rather have around a hundred topics that earned their place than twenty thousand suggestions.

Questions

Is SitePerfector a Ubersuggest alternative?

For deciding what to publish, yes. For cheap keyword and backlink lookups, no. Ubersuggest hands you the numbers and we hand you the decision, so running both is a normal setup.

Does SitePerfector have backlink data?

No, and it is not on the roadmap. If link rows are part of what you are paying for, keep Ubersuggest and use us for the part it leaves to you.

Does SitePerfector track AI mentions?

No. Ubersuggest meters that at ten prompts a month on the entry plan, and it is real reporting. Our position is that AI answers cite what ranks, so the work that gets you cited is the work that gets you ranked.

Can I use both?

Yes. Decide the page in SitePerfector, then look up whatever numbers you want in Ubersuggest. Nothing on either side stops you.

What does the $7 get me?

Fourteen days of the full product on Basic: your market mapped, your site laid over it, the pages worth writing in order, and a blueprint for each. Then $39 a month, cancel anytime. It is an intro price on Basic, so nothing is held back.
