SitePerfector vs Mangools
Mangools scores how strong the link profiles on page one are. SitePerfector reads your market and tells you which page to write next.
SitePerfector is not a replacement for the Mangools keyword or backlink database. It does the step after the lookup: it reads the live search results for your market, clusters them into a topic tree, lays your existing pages over that tree, and names the next page to write. If what you came for is a fast, cheap keyword or backlink lookup, stay with Mangools.

Who each one is for
Mangools
SEO data suite
Their Basic plan says it is for solopreneurs, freelance SEOs and marketers, and that is a fair description. Six small tools, a clean interface and exact volumes, and most people are productive in KWFinder inside ten minutes. It suits someone who already knows what keyword research is and wants it done quickly.
SitePerfector
Topic-first SEO
Site owners and small teams who have a site and a subject but no plan. The open question is which pages are worth building, in what order, and why. SitePerfector answers that, then gives you a blueprint for each page it puts on the list.
How the two approaches differ
Keyword tools hand you data and leave the decision to you. Topic-first SEO hands you a decision, with the reason and the competitors named. The method itself is explained in Topic-first SEO: what it is and why it works. This page only shows the contrast.
Mangools
You start with
You start with a keyword lookup: volume, a difficulty score and up to 200 suggestions per request, with a results-page analysis alongside it in SERPChecker.
You publish
You publish whatever you picked out of the list. Mangools researches and tracks, so writing and choosing what to write happen somewhere else.
What you get
- ✕You end up with fast lookups, and the decision about what to publish is still yours to make.
- ✕Difficulty is an average of link profile strength across the page-one results.
- ✕Nothing in the suite lays your existing pages over demand and shows you what you have not covered.
- ✕There is no blueprint for the page once you have chosen it.
SitePerfector
You start with
You start with your market, read from live search results and clustered into themes, topics and pages. Up to 1,500 keyword ideas are vetted per map and around a hundred earn a place, and you can see what was set aside and why.
You publish
You publish the page the map puts next, from a blueprint built out of the pages that rank today and the questions they leave unanswered. You write it yourself, edit an AI draft, or hand the brief to a writer.
What you get
- ✓You get a topic tree: themes, topics and pages, in the order worth building them.
- ✓Every topic carries a call, own it, build up to it or leave it, with the competing sites named.
- ✓Your own pages sit on the map, so you can see what is covered, what is missing and what already ranks.
- ✓Instead of a bought difficulty score, we read the live results page for each topic.

No We do not offer either today. |
|

Three differences you can check
1.Mangools averages four link metrics into its difficulty score. SitePerfector reads the results page for each topic.
Mangools is the only tool here that publishes the calculation. On their own blog they work out the Link Profile Strength of each URL on page one from Domain Authority, Page Authority, Citation Flow and Trust Flow, then average it. All four inputs are link metrics, so the score answers precisely how strong the link profiles up there are. That is the right question when page one is ten commercial articles, and the wrong one when page one is a forum thread, a video and a product listing, none of which got there on links. In our own measurement, 8 of 400 long-tail keywords came back with a difficulty value.
Put a long-tail phrase from your niche into KWFinder and read the KD cell, then open SERPChecker for the same term and look at what kind of pages are ranking. Then try harbor freight air compressor, which has 49,500 searches a month and returns a difficulty of 0.

2.Mangools is built for a fast lookup. SitePerfector is built to produce the plan.
KWFinder for the lookup and SERPWatcher for the rank is an efficient ten minutes, and that is what Mangools is designed for. What it does not produce is a publishing plan. You still hold the list, you group it yourself, and you judge which keywords one page can hold and which of those pages your site can take. SitePerfector reads roughly 40,000 ranked positions per market map and comes back with a call on every topic: own it, build up to it, or leave it, with the competing sites named, and your existing pages laid over the same map.
Open the topic coverage map and the competitor landscape. Those two screens produce the call. In Mangools the nearest thing is a KWFinder list you group and rank yourself.

3.SitePerfector has no keyword or backlink database, and Mangools bundles two things we do not have.
SitePerfector is not a replacement for the Mangools keyword or backlink database. We hold none of that data, at any price, so if cheap fast lookups or backlink rows are what you came for, stay where you are. If ten-minute lookups are all you need, I would stay with KWFinder. Two more things they include and we do not: AI Search Watcher sits in every plan at 500 monitored prompts across eight models, with each prompt checked twice per update because AI answers move between runs, and their pricing page offers a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
Open the Mangools pricing page and check two things on the tier you were looking at: whether AI Search Watcher is included, and how often rank tracking updates.

When to choose Mangools, and when to choose SitePerfector
Choose Mangools if
- You want the friendliest keyword tool there is and you want it working in ten minutes.
- You are shopping for cheap keyword or backlink data, which SitePerfector does not have, so stay where you are.
- You want AI mention monitoring included in the plan rather than sold as an add-on.
- You want API and MCP access on an entry-level plan.
Choose SitePerfector if
- You have a site and a subject, and the open question is which pages to build, in what order, and why.
- You want every recommendation to name the sites you would be beating, so you can check the call yourself.
- You looked up the difficulty score for your best long-tail terms and found the cell empty.
- You have the keyword list already and still do not know which page to write on Monday.
Questions
Is SitePerfector a Mangools alternative?
For deciding what to publish, yes. For fast keyword lookups, backlinks or AI monitoring, no. Mangools does those well and cheaply, so running both is a normal setup.
Does SitePerfector have backlink data?
No, and it is not on the roadmap. If link analysis matters to you, keep LinkMiner and use us for the part it leaves to you.
Does SitePerfector track AI visibility like AI Search Watcher?
No. Mangools includes that in every plan and checks each prompt twice per update, which is a thoughtful piece of design. Our position is that AI answers cite what ranks, so the work that gets you cited is the work that gets you ranked.
Can I use both?
Yes. Decide the page in SitePerfector, then look up whatever you like in KWFinder. Nothing on either side stops you.

Fourteen days of the full product on Basic: your market mapped, your site laid over it, the pages worth writing in order, and a blueprint for each. Then $39 a month, cancel anytime. It is an intro price on Basic, so nothing is held back.
