SitePerfector vs AirOps
AirOps builds the machine that runs your content strategy. SitePerfector gives you the strategy, and one person can run it.
AirOps is an AI search platform for companies with a content team, a growth lead and a budget, and it is the best-funded product in that category. Its pricing page carries no dollar figure, and the main button says Work with us. SitePerfector costs $39 a month, publishes that number, and answers one question: which topics you can own, and what to publish next.

Who each one is for
AirOps
AI search platform
AirOps is built for in-house growth and content teams at funded companies. Their pricing page title reads "AI Search for Enterprise", the primary buttons are "Work with us" and "Book a call", and the customers named on their homepage are a fintech, a CMS company and a growth-stage startup. Enterprise adds custom agent builds, 1:1 onboarding and a dedicated account manager.
SitePerfector
Topic-first SEO
SitePerfector is built for one person, or a small team, with no ops function. It answers which topics you can realistically own, which of your pages already serve them, and who you would have to beat. That comes from live results and a crawl of your site, and the answer arrives the same afternoon.
How the two approaches differ
Keyword tools hand you data and leave the decision to you. Topic-first SEO hands you a decision, with the reason and the competitors named. The method itself is explained in Topic-first SEO: what it is and why it works. This page only shows the contrast.
AirOps
You start with
You start with prompts and pages you nominate for tracking, 100 of them on Solo and 250 on Pro, plus your Search Console and Analytics data unified into page-level reporting. You decide what goes on the list.
You publish
You publish content produced through workflows and agents against a Monthly Opportunity Report, with every publish logged as an event on the performance chart.
What you get
- ✕You get tracking for the 100 prompts and pages you nominate on Solo, or 250 on Pro.
- ✕You get reporting built on Search Console and Analytics, which hold rows only for pages you already have.
- ✕You get a platform to implement, and a third-party analysis of their G2 reviews reports about a month to do it.
- ✕You get a pricing page with three plans, no dollar figure, and a Work with us button.
SitePerfector
You start with
You start with your whole market read from live results and clustered into themes, topics and pages, with your own site crawled and laid over it. There is nothing to nominate first and no analytics connection to make.
You publish
You publish the page SitePerfector puts next in the order, with the sites you would be beating named and a blueprint built from what ranks now and the gap the top results leave.
What you get
- ✓You get a call on every topic: own it, build up to it, or leave it, with the reason.
- ✓You get the sites you would be beating named on every recommendation.
- ✓You get your site laid over demand from a crawl, with no Search Console connection needed.
- ✓You get the price before you sign up: $7 for 14 days, then $39 a month.
What each one does, job by job
Rows marked their strength are jobs AirOps does better than SitePerfector.
| Job to be done | AirOps | SitePerfector |
|---|---|---|
|
Track whether AI engines mention and cite your brand their strength |
Yes ChatGPT on Solo, and Google, Perplexity, OpenAI and Google AI Studio on Pro, with regions and personas on Enterprise. |
No SitePerfector does not build it or sell it, because AI answers cite what ranks. |
|
Build automated content pipelines with human review steps their strength |
Yes AirOps has a no-code workflow builder with agents, brand kits and knowledge bases, and nothing SitePerfector does compares. |
No SitePerfector does one page at a time from the blueprint, as an AI draft you edit or a PDF brief for a writer. |
|
Turn what you are tracking into a prioritized worklist their strength |
Yes Monthly Opportunity Reports are the clearest worklist interface in this category. |
Yes SitePerfector returns the next pages in order, built from live search results rather than from AI mentions. |
|
Decide what to publish when you have no plan yet |
Partly Opportunity reports work on the prompts and pages you nominated, so choosing the first hundred is your job. |
Yes SitePerfector builds the map before you choose anything, from up to 1,500 vetted keyword ideas per market. |
|
Lay your existing pages over a demand map for your whole market |
Partly AirOps monitors the 100 to 250 tracked pages and prompts you nominate rather than every page you have published. |
Yes SitePerfector crawls your site and marks each topic covered, off the map, or ranking without you knowing. |
|
Work without a Search Console or Analytics connection |
No Page-level reporting is unified with Google Search Console and GA4. |
Yes SitePerfector crawls your site and reads live results, which helps if you never set Search Console up. |
|
Find out the price without talking to sales |
No There is no dollar figure on their pricing page as of 3 September 2026, apart from the Solo overage rate. |
Yes $7 for the first 14 days, then $39 a month, Pro $99 and Agency $179, all on /pricing. |
|
Backlink, PPC and keyword database |
No AirOps does not sell a backlink, PPC or keyword database. |
No SitePerfector has none of the three, and Ahrefs or Semrush is where I would get them. |
Price |
Not published. The pricing page lists Solo, Pro and Enterprise with feature limits and two buttons, "Start for free" and "Work with us", and no dollar figure. The single number they do publish is the Solo overage rate of $0.025 per task beyond the 20,000 included. Third-party reviews put Solo at around $200 a month and Pro at around $2,000; those figures are the reviewers', and there is nothing on airops.com to check them against. |

Three differences you can check
1.AirOps is sized by the prompts and pages you nominate. SitePerfector reads the market before you nominate anything.
AirOps plans are sized by how many prompts and pages you track: 100 on Solo, 250 on Pro. You decide which hundred. That is the right design for a growth team that already knows its market and needs to run the machine at scale, and the machine is very good: the workflow builder and the opportunity worklist are the two best pieces of software in this category. A third-party analysis of their G2 reviews reports about a month to implement. SitePerfector does the step before that, and returns a call per topic: own it, build up to it, or leave it, with the reason and the competitors named.
Open their pricing page and read what Solo includes: 100 Tracked Prompts and Pages. Then open our topic and coverage map, which is built before you nominate anything.

2.AirOps reports on pages you already have. SitePerfector maps topics you have never written about.
AirOps unifies page-level AI citations with Google Search Console and GA4, which is the right way to measure what you have already published. Both of those sources have the same limit: they hold rows for pages that exist, and none for a topic you have never written about. A plan built from them tells you what to improve rather than what to build. SitePerfector maps your market from live search results, crawls your site, and lays one over the other, so a topic you have never touched appears next to one you have. No Search Console connection is needed.
Open Google Search Console and search your Performance report for a topic you have never published on. Then run our free What Ranks Here on that same topic, which returns the pages Google ranks for it.

3.AirOps tracks how AI engines mention your brand. SitePerfector does not sell AI tracking.
AirOps tracks brand presence across ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity and Google AI Studio, and raised $40M in November 2025 on the thesis that AI discovery is its own market. For a brand with market share to defend, that is worth measuring. What tracking does not change is how an AI answer is assembled: it cites pages that already cover a topic well and already rank. SitePerfector does not track AI visibility, does not sell it, and has no such line on its pricing page. SitePerfector works on the layer underneath, which is the same work either way.
Read our pricing page and look for an AI-visibility line; there is none. Then read which engines the AirOps entry plan covers on their pricing page: ChatGPT Insights Only.

When to choose AirOps, and when to choose SitePerfector
Choose AirOps if
- You have a content team and a growth lead, and the strategy question is already answered.
- How ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Studio mention your brand is a number you have to report on.
- You want to build custom AI pipelines with human review steps, without writing code.
- You need to prove which content action moved the number, with publishes logged against performance.
Choose SitePerfector if
- AirOps looks built for a company several sizes larger than yours.
- The question you are stuck on is what to publish, not how to publish more of it.
- You want your existing pages laid over demand without connecting Search Console or Analytics.
- You want the price on the page, and an answer this afternoon rather than after onboarding.
Questions
Is SitePerfector an AirOps alternative?
Only for part of the job. If you need AI-visibility tracking across engines, agent pipelines and attribution for a growth team, AirOps is a different category of product. If AirOps looked larger than what you need, SitePerfector answers the question of what to publish next.
Does SitePerfector track AI visibility?
No. AI answers cite what ranks, so the work that gets you cited is the work that gets you ranked, and we build for that instead. AirOps sells the tracking across four engines on its Pro plan, if that reporting is something you have to produce.
Do I need Google Search Console to use SitePerfector?
No. SitePerfector crawls your site and reads the live search results, then lays one over the other. A plan built only from Search Console can tell you to improve the pages you already have, and nothing about the ones you have not written.
Can I use both?
Yes. Decide the topics in SitePerfector, then run the production and the tracking in AirOps if you have the team for it. Nothing in either product blocks the other.
